Is an awesome husband like mine :)
Mike is seriously the best. On Monday March 6th, Mike surprised me with a "mom-cation". He was sending me down to St. George for a little get-a-way. I was super excited, I've never done anything like this before. The only time I've been away from the kids alone is when I've had a baby or when I went to girls camp.
So Thursday after I went to Tyler's program I headed to St. George. I left around 10:15. I didn't want to stop anywhere for lunch knowing that I could eat when I got there and had been craving Larsen's since Mike told me I was heading to St. George.
So even before checking into my Hotel, I stopped for lunch. It's an old ma and pa type hamburger joint, but seriously it's the BEST!
Then I went and checked in here.
and my room looked like this, it was really nice.
Mike had set me up for a massage at here, my massage came with lunch that was really good. It was a beautiful place, very peaceful, the view was amazing, my massage was incredible.
I loved everything about this place.
It was weird not having to be home to do laundry, homework, make dinner and just be able to do what I wanted when I wanted. (I did miss my family).
So I did some shopping here, the mall, tai pan and a cute store up by Tuacahn theater and any other fun store I could find.
I also couldn't leave St. George without stopping by the beautiful Temple.
And no visit to St. George can happen without a stop at 25 Main, seriously best cup cakes ever!
These aren't all for me, I got them on my way out of town and brought them home for my family.
and I had to stop by this cute store for some old time "rock candy" for the kids.
Oh how I love St. George.

It was such a fun trip. I loved it, I can't wait to do it again. Anyone want to come with me next time, it is so worth it. After all, us mom's need a break too.

We're heading to St. George this weekend...actually, in about 2 hours. But it's a gymnastics trip. I'm going to have to try out some of those places you mentioned while we're down there. Never been to Larsen's or Thomas Judd's or 25 Main.
