Every year we are blessed with a visit from this leprechaun and this year Kendra was the only one home to benefit from the visit. (Honestly the outfit is a little creepy, but we love the leprechaun all the same).
I thought I would be a fun to have a "green" dinner. So I made green pancakes, sausage and hash browns, and for dessert I made this cake with green frosting and mints smashed up for a little added fun. Well it's looks pretty and Tiffany loved it, Kendra liked, Tyler said it was OK, Mike and Deidra haven't tasted it, and I don't like it, way too much mint for me and I only added about 10 drops (because that is all I had) but the recipe called for 2 TBS, seriously what was that person thinking?!
Any way, I tried, the dinner was good, the kids loved it as for this dessert, I won't be making it again :)
Hope everyone had a great "green" day!

What a fun mom you are. The Leprechaun, is seriously scary. But how cute of her to do that each year.
Do you know who the leprechaun is? That dessert looks good! :)
We had green pancakes for breakfast!!! The cake sounded like it would be good :)
You are such a good mom... we didn't celebrate AT ALL other than to eat cheese made in Ireland. I know. Lame. I DID wear a green sweater. And the cake LOOKS awesome.
Sarah, it's Judy Davis, she love's doing this for the kids.
Thanks ladies, I have lots of left over cake if anyone wants to come get some :)
We moved before she started doing the leprechaun visit. But we did see the Easter Bunny. :) How cute of her to do that every year.
We missed that scary little leprechaun this year! Darn!:)
