Deidra has the most awesome friends in the world. And I wanted to celebrate their friendship and their heading off to 7
th grade by getting them together for a meal out with each other and their mom's. So we all got together (minus Sienna who had a swim meet and couldn't be with us) and headed over the Doug & Emmies in Layton.
Deidra was the only one who knew we were getting together, sneaky little girl! The other girls were so cute and not in the least bit happy that their mom's were dragging them out of bed so early on a Saturday morning to go do something, because it was a
surprise, the mom's came up with some good stories as to where they were going and what they were doing. But in the end they were all very happy that they were together and they had a great time.

They are just the cutest girls, and all are so nice.

Being silly.

We are so blessed that these girls are in our lives. We all talk about them often and how fun it is going to be to see them all grow up, get married and have babies. It will be so fun. They all get along so well and always take care of each other. We love you girls.

It's always nice to have such good friends. And that many I think most girls have a best friend but to have that many is a blessing.

What a fun idea. And keeping it a secret makes it even more fun. I'm glad that Deidra has such great friends.
What a cute idea! Maybe I should do something like that with Rebekah's friends.
Wow! What a fun idea. I remember they did that to me when I rushed for a soroity in college. What a great set of moms to do this for their girls! Mindy, remind me to do these kinds of fun things for Paige when she's old enough - please!!!!
That is too cute! What a great group of girls, and a good idea for a celebration.
