Anyway I was asked to do another class on how to make the mints (I've done one before, like 3 years ago) and today was the day. They turned out great. One different thing is that the lady who I get my chocolate from accidentally gave me a dark chocolate and a light chocolate for my top and bottom layers. They were still super yummy and everyone loved them. And a few of the ladies are making plans to make some of their own.
My family loves these mints, and with them being so easy to make I love making them. So if your my friend/neighbor/or a family member that lives close you may just be getting lucky sometime in the next month! Enjoy!!

I want the recipe for those.
Oh, they look so yummy!!! I'm glad the class went well...I was wondering. Wish I could've come!
So are you willing to share your recipe or is that a Mindy secret? I would love to try and make those. They look super yummy.
Mary- We can get you a copy of the recipe. They are pretty easy to make. You just have to make sure you get the right chocolate (Merkin's) and Peppermint oil, not extract. But let me get a copy made for you and sent out.
OH those were SO yummy and delicious...and I LOVE how they just melt in your mouth. Mmmmmm....
I've heard about your famous mints!!! You are amazing!
