We love
UEA weekend it's another time to take a vacation. This year we wanted to go to St. George, the condo we were renting was only available Friday and Saturday, but we wanted to take advantage of the kids being out of school on Thursday as well, so we deiced to surprise them and go to Vegas. The kids were a little confused when we pulled into St. George for lunch and they asked if we could go to the condo and we told them yes in about 1 1/2 hours, we ate our lunch then went for a drive (little did they know at this point we were on our way to Vegas) so we pulled into our hotel (which was incredible by the way) and they thought we were nuts until we explained what we were going to do. We love to do that to our kids, it's so fun to surprise them with things. I'm giving you a warning now, I have
alot of pictures (not all of the 400+ but
alot).

This is in the mall at Cesar's palace, this is a very big mall, I loved it.

We headed into
FAO Swartz and saw one wall with these
hugh stuffed animals, this cute giraffe is just pocket change at $238.00 (if I remember correctly, but it was a ton).

Do you remember "BIG" the movie, this is a piano like in the show, the kids loved it.

Then we headed to M&M world, this is the best store ever. They have a demo car like that is raced in
NASCAR and I love this car, it's my favorite because it is so cute. I don't know if the driver would like me saying that, but oh well.

These were the cutest flip flops, they had a
hugh indented M&M on the bottom to make a fun design in the sand.

We then headed to the coke store, and yes Tiff is smelling this shirt, they actually smell like the drink, they smelled
soooo good, they were pretty neat. She is smelling the
root beer shirt.

Oh look
Elivs is alive and living in Vegas hanging out with
Zoro.

We then headed to the "Rain Forest Cafe" for dinner. This elephant sat next to our table, if you haven't been to this restaurant before, the animals move, they have gorillas,
leopard's, elephants, thunder and lightening, and make all the noises it's pretty cool. (although Mike and I went to the one in Galveston, TX and it was much better, but it is still fun). and they have really good food.

For some reason Tyler was a little concerned about this elephant.

So he decided to sit on my lap and keep a safe distance.

Can you say V-O-L-C-A-N-O, this is an awesome treat, brownies with Carmel, ice cream and whipped topping, and a sparkler. The waiter/waitress comes out yelling VOLCANO, then the other waiters/waitress yell it back, so the whole restaurant knows who is getting a VOLCANO by the time they get to your table. YUM-O

On Friday we went to the Hoover Dam, this is awesome. We had never been before, it is truly amazing.

We then found this fun park back in St. George, it was huge, tons of stuff for the kids to play on and it was packed. Kendra is sitting in this bucket thing that spins around, she loves that kinda thing, she just kept going and going.

This toy that
Deidra is on is interesting, you sit on it and have someone push you up to one side then let go, you better hang on
cuz it's like the Tidal Wave at Lagoon where it goes back and forth.

Of course you can't go on vacation without any swimming. I think
Deidra was trying to pull Tiff in and ended up going in herself.

Kendra is just hanging out.

Tyler running to jump in to me.

These are just some of the family photos we took while in St. George. I love that Mike enjoys doing this. We took tons of pictures, it was so fun. Thanks babe.

My two favorite guys in the whole world.

And we found one of St. George's best kept secrets. "25 Main" has the best cup cakes in the world, we all actually got the
chocolate with vanilla frosting, (I got this picture off the internet, sorry) they really are to die for.

Wow - it looks like you had so much fun! I'm jealous - maybe we'll have to surprise the kids too. That sounds like a great idea!
Oh, how fun! I'm glad you posted all those pictures...I really enjoyed seeing your trip. I tried to convince Bryan to take us down to St. George for UEA but he had too much going on at work. The pictures of the family in white t-shirts...just gorgeous! How fun to have a hubby that is such a great photographer.
Looks like a ton of fun!! I wanted to take the kids down to Vegas for UEA but I had to work. Where is that park next time we are there I will have to try and find it.

I found your site off of Kristy's. I can't believe how big Kendra is looking. I think it's so sad that I spend so much time with these kids, and then never see them again. I'm glad I can keep up with Kendra and Tyler with your site. It's darling!
